Warranty terms for RTE Logs Inc. software services and hardware.
1. Scope
This policy covers RTE Logs Inc.'s software service and any ELD Portal-branded or RTE Logs Inc.-distributed hardware, unless stated otherwise in writing.
2. Software warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the fullest extent the law allows, RTE Logs Inc. disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. RTE Logs Inc. does not promise that the Service will run without interruption or errors.
3. Hardware terms
Hardware may be subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and installation requirements. RTE Logs Inc. is not responsible for problems caused by improper installation, vehicle electrical faults, tampering, accidental damage, misuse or third-party accessories.
4. Limitations
To the extent the law allows, RTE Logs Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to hardware or software problems. Your only remedy, if any, is repair or replacement under the applicable warranty terms, or as RTE Logs Inc. decides in writing.
